With a relaxing aura about him, Prince Harry didn't have any difficulty these March 21st and 22nd between very diverse appointments in his travel program in Nepal. Firstly, visiting the Bardia National Park -where this defender of wildlife unfortunately could not see big cat as it was hoped, traditional welcome ceremonies in several villages, participation in the Holi (the "Festival of colors "Hindu of the spring equinox), volleyball match with children or meal under the tent with Nepalese punctuated its third and fourth days in this landlocked Himalayan country.

The thirty year old prince also took part Tuesday in his uniform at a military ceremony in honor of Gurkhas in the British camp in Pokhara. Harry, who served in Afghanistan in 2007-2008 alongside men of the 1st Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles, announced that this trip would allow him to thank the Gurkhas (Nepalese regiments of the British Army created in 1815) to their 200 years of service to the crown of his country. The young man of 31 years had spent the previous night in a village, the 88-year-old widow of a Gurkha who fought in World War II, and in the morning he could witness the unique spectacle of sunrise on the roof of the world.
