The Jordanian Royal Courts: Preparations for Amman Design Week

In September, the heart of the capital of the kingdom of Jordan will dance for a week to the rhythm of design. Queen Rania supports this new event, simply known as Amman Design Week, which aims to become an annual event. On March 30th, she came to check on the progress of this project and in particular the places where it will be deployed.

Queen of Jordan, who had dressed for this urban ride a blouse of the same olive green that his bag worn with a printed Etro Beige Mid-Rise Textured Capri Pants was guided by two co-directors of the event. Bringing together local, regional and international designers to present their latest work, share ideas, and promote the design and innovation, the Design Week invest different places in downtown Amman, chosen because it combines the heritage and modernity. Or a gallery, gardens, museum, bus station and the shopping area of ​​the old city.

Lectures and interactive workshops are planned with the aim to highlight the importance of design in everyday life. All areas of the design will be involved: architecture, furniture, fashion, crafts, graphic and digital design.
