King Willem-Alexander accompanied by Finance Minister Eric Wiebes paid a working visit to the Tax Office in Utrecht. During a tour he spoke with the employees about changes in their work, particularly in the administrative automation. There was also discussed themes like "faith versus control and the role of 'man and machine' in monitoring and enforcement.
The visit with Minister Wiebe is part of a series of working visits of the King with secretaries of state, said the state secretary shows part of the scope of his or her ministry. This series is the continuation of a series of working visits that made the King last year by ministers.
