The British citizens and the world who were worried about the health of their queen can be reassured. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II looked well rested and cured from her "big cold", or at least sufficiently fit to get out. The 90 year old sovereign, visited took part at this Sunday, January 8th 2017 service celebrated at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham. Suffering from a cold she had missed the annual Christmas service, and then a week later that of January 1st, staying warm in her Sandringham castle, her home in Norfolk where she traditionally spends the Christmas and New Year holidays with the rest of the family.

For this first appearance in public for a month, Elizabeth had chosen to dress a blue coat king on a dress of the same tone and had a coat hat decorated with a large blue and black feather by her designer Angela King. She was accompanied by her husband Prince Philip, but also their grandson Prince William came with his wife the Duchess of Cambridge. The Princely couple resided with their two children, Prince George and Little Princess Charlotte, in the neighboring manor house of Anmer Hall.

The duchess appeared in her forest green Sportmax coat belted at the waist first seen on Christmas Day 2015 and again last February for a day of engagements in Scotland. She accessories with a new Cossack style hat, carbon colorway Emmy London ‘Valerie’ heels, an unidentified printed scarf. The   young woman, who was celebrating her 35th birthday the next day, had her whole family around her.

The whole Middleton had been invited to attend this service in the presence of Queen Elizabeth II. And this year Carole and Michael Middleton, the parents of  Duchess Catherine, and James and Pippa, her brother and sister, were accompanied by a newcomer James Matthews, the fiance of Pippa-who will be getting married on May 20th-had been invited too.
