The Jordanian Royal Courts: Queen Rania honors educational excellence

Monday, education excellency was on Queen Rania of Jordan's agenda. The wife of King Abdullah II in Amman awarded several prizes as part of Her QRAEE Foundation. This inversion of roles happens just three days earlier, Friday, December 11, Rania of Jordan was honored and was made "honorary doctorate" to "development of science and international cooperation" by the prestigious Rome's La Sapienza University, in recognition of her activities in the promotion of peace and intercultural dialogue, as well as for her efforts against religious discrimination and genres. On December 14, it was her turn to deliver distinctions. In this case the 10th annual "Teacher Award" and the fourth annual "Principal Award" prizes awarded in the framework of the association Queen Rania Al Abdullah Award for Excellence in Education (QRAEE) which she founded 10 years ago . For the occasion, Rania, always elegant, chose to wear a white Peter Pilotto dress punctuated with pink accent, which combined with lace inlays and silver metal elements. Her Majesty repeated a dress worn previously while in New York on the set of the TV show Good Morning America, where she had been invited to discuss her charity
Everyone knows that education, particularly that of girls is one of the priorities of the Queen of Jordan. During her speech, which preceded the presentation of awards in several categories ten to fifteen teachers and principals, the mother of four children insisted, according to comments reported by the Jordanian news agency Petra: "We more than ever need our teachers ... Our future depends on the next generation, their education and the values they inculcate them "Rania has indeed keen to stress." Our younger generation is exposed to new ideologies harmful which neither our generation nor the previous were familiar to this day."
