The Belgian Royal Courtss: Their Majesties of Hearts

Tuesday for lunch, King of the Belgians Philippe and his wife Queen Mathilde were invited to the table of the less fortunate at the heart of Charleroi, a city of just over 200,000 people south of Brussels.

"She is so pretty". This was the most heard this sentence Dec. 15 at noon meals at Resto Heart of Charleroi, reported by the Belgian daily 'La Nouvelle Gazette'. And the one they were referring to was none other than Queen Mathilde of Belgium. Alongside her husband King Philip, the queen, 42, dressed for the occasion with a grey coat and trousers combined with a pink top and pumps in powder bound reptile, visited the new premises of the structure which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2015. Open all year, the heart of Charleroi Resto du Coeur serves more than 75,000 meals per year to the poor of this town, and costs 0.50 euros or free for some of between them.

After a working meeting, the royal couple ate with beneficiaries, table changing each dish. According to the Belgian media "The Future", the chefs had cooked that day a festive meal consisting of a pumpkin soup, an entry tomato sauce scampi, chicken with mushrooms and finally a tartlet Red fruits. And everyone present received the traditional Christmas parcels.
