There, Elizabeth II spoke to officially open the 10th General Synod which will address in particular the response of Britain to the National refugee. An assemble crisis the Church of England, which decides the canon law and other issues of importance for the faith, the Synod has the power to adopt measures which, if approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament, receive Royal Assent and become therefore a part of the law of the 'England.
