The Danish Royal Courts: A week at the Kongehuset(Danish Royal Courts) and Quite a hat for Her Majesty

12:41:00

At the end of last week, the royal family of Denmark were busy.

While Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II and her husband the Prince Consort Henrik went together to a university ceremony, their daughter in law Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik husband had separate commitments.
This November 20, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark had not gone unnoticed. It must be said that she had accompanied her black jacket and black skirt, blue and white plaid with an amazing blue and brown bowl-shaped hat completely encasing her head, it extended over the top by a kind of tube. Alongside her husband Prince Henrik  participating and capping at the annual ceremony of the University of Copenhague.
On the same day, their eldest son had put sports in his agenda. Frederik has indeed officially launched the European Curling Championships taking place this year in Esbjerg, a coastal city in western Denmark. The opportunity for the Crown Prince to show that mastered this discipline since, during the opening ceremony of this competition, he managed to put the stone in the center stack of the target.
Crown Princess Mary, his wife, could not appreciate this feat since it was there solo. She herself had gone only the day before the Musikkens Hus (House of Music) in Aalborg, north. Dressed in a red dress with short sleeves, worn outside with a black coat, representing the royal family for the public registration of "JuleShow", the Christmas show the Danish television channel TV2. None of her and the crown prince four children -the Prince Christian, 10, Princess Isabella, 8, and small twins Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent, 4 years and half were with her. The reason for their absence was simple: it was a school night.
