One of Crown Prince Frederik's favorite sports is tennis, he is known as a keen player and is the Patron of the Danish Tennis Federation. Yesterday he attended the final of the Wheel chair tennis at Allerød Tennis Club.

As Patron he got to give and honor the winning female and males their medals and trophies. But this wasn't the one thing thay HRH was expecting from his  patronages.

The Federation's President Henrik Klitvad  honor the Crown Prince with a golden Needle. The Golden Needle is a pin given to people who have distinguish themselves in sports especially in Tennis.
