The Belgian Royal Courts: Queen Mathilde in Spring colours

Queen Mathilde of the Belgians  was quick to appear in early 2016 in rose quartz, one of two Pantone colors of the year. It happened Tuesday in the Flemish town of Hasselt, capital of the province of Limburg.
