Wednesday February 10th,  cabinet meeting was held at the Royal Palace. During the cabinet meeting His Majesty and the Crown Princess were kept up to date with information about the political research and political initiatives of all Swedish ministries. Also during the meeting His Majesty asked question to ministers

Every 3 months, the King leads the cabinet meeting and also Crown Princess attends cabinet meeting engines.

Under the 1974 constitution the prime minister has the responsibility of keeping the Head of State informed of the affairs of the kingdom. Formally, it is the King who convenes government cabinet meeting, but the decision is made in consultation with the Prime Minister.
