The Norwegian Royal Courts: Crown Prince Haakon at the Youth Olympics came

This Saturday, Crown Prince Haakon of Norway has provided official kickoff of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) to be held in Lillehammer in his country from 12 to 21 February.
Lillehammer will revive the Olympic Games spirit in the beginning of 2016. The Norwegian site which hosted the Winter Olympics in 1994 will again be at the heart of international sport in February. 1100 athletes aged 15-18 years in 70 different countries are expected for the second edition of the Olympic Winter Youth Games. The first was held in 2014 in Innsbruck, Austria.
Crown Prince Haakon met with thousands of volunteers before the kick off of their duties.
