On January 21st, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie started a working visit to Iceland that will last for two days within the scope of celebrations of 100th anniversary of establishment of the Denmark-Iceland Association. Last night, the couple attended a reception organized by the Denmark-Iceland Association. The Denmark-Iceland Association aims to strengthen the bond between Denmark and Iceland, and it organizes conferences, concerts and exhibitions for that purpose. This year, the Association celebrates 100th anniversary of its establishment. The anniversary celebrations take place in Reykjavik, Iceland.
