King Felipe presided over the concert Princess of Asturias Awards and Letizia accompanied Francis Ford Coppola film forum in honor of the Princess of Asturias Award for the Arts 2015.

Their Majesties traveled to Asturias afternoon of Thursday, October 22. King Felipe presided over the Congress Centre Auditorium "Prince Felipe" the XXIV Concert Princess of Asturias Awards, organized by the Princess of Asturias Foundation in collaboration with the CajAstur Liberbank Foundation.

His Majesty the King addressed the Royal Box, where he was welcomed to the strains of the National Anthem. Oviedo Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir of the Princess of Asturias Foundation performed below the "Mass for soloists, four voices and orchestra," better known as "Misa de Gloria" by Giacomo Puccini, under the baton of Marzio Conti, with the participation of tenor Ramon Vargas and baritone David Menendez
