Rwanda's President His Excellency Paul Kagame was received yesterday Monday October 5, by Dutch Royal Couple Their Majesties King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima at the King's residence De Eikenhorst in Wassenaar, during a presidential visit in The Netherlands. HM Queen Maxima discussed the President about finances between both countries as Her Majesty is the United Nation Secretary’s General special advocate for Inclusive Finance.
