On Monday October 12, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the presence of her husband Prince Philip and his little son Prince Harry, received at her residence Buckingham Palace in London nearly 400 players, coaches, volunteers and officials who are taking part in at the World Cup Rugby being currently hosted in England.
"I think this World Cup, more than all the others before, has the potential to develop the game, both at home and abroad, inspiring children of all backgrounds, and encouraging men and women, whatever their age and ability, to try rugby, "said Prince Harry in his welcoming speech.
