The British Royal Courts: The Unveiling at the National Portrait Gallery

This Wednesday, May 4th Catherine ended her day of engagements on her way to the National Portrait Gallery, London museum which she has been matron since 2012. The young woman of 34 years also discovered there, hanging on the picture rails of the exhibition " 100 Vogue: A Century of Style, "the two photographs representative. These pictures, which were unveiled by the British edition of "Vogue" magazine on May 1st, were taking by the photographer Josh Olins. They represent the Duchess of Cambridge in her natural element at the Norfolk countryside where she lives with Prince William her husband and their two children, Prince George, 2 years and 9 months, and Princess Charlotte, who celebrated her first birthday this Monday, May 2nd

The Duchess Catherine, who for the occasion was wearing a powder pink Alexander McQueen pleated peplum dress with an added a touch of glamour to the ensemble with her dazzling Monica Vinader 'Riva' Diamond Cluster bib necklace and matching earrings, LK Bennett accessories from earlier today which consisted of the 'Fern' trench leather pumps and matching 'Nina' frame clutch bag.  given to pumps and a nude bag, sporting a fancy necklace and matching earrings.

Narrating the visit, the "Telegraph" reported that, according to Nicholas Cullinan, director of the National Portrait Gallery, Kate was very interested in the pictures in this exhibition dedicated to the centenary of "Vogue" UK. He said she had "a real understanding of the history of art and photography, but also real enthusiasm for it."

The British Royal Courts: The Duchess of Cambridge on the cover of Vogue UK

On the occasion of its centenary anniversary, the British edition of "Vogue" magazine offers a nice cover for the month of June: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Saturday publication unveiled three shots, including the coverage, all of which were taken by photographer Josh Olins. frequent contributor to the magazine, Josh Olins is known for "casual elegance" wrote "Vogue" in a statement.

This coverage is also an opportunity to recall that Kate is patron of the National Portrait Gallery since 2012, one of his first commitments signed following his marriage to Prince William. The couple also celebrated this Friday, April 29, 2016 its fifth anniversary.

I am delighted that the Duchess has agreed to work with us and the National Portrait Gallery, and with this unique collaboration we have a real celebration of our centennial, but also a fitting tribute to a young woman whose interest in photography and campaign is known to all. On Saturday morning, the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge bid farewell to Bhutan before boarding a plane to Agra, India for the final leg of their royal tour.

This moment was highly anticipated: last Saturday, Prince William and Duchess Catherine were immortalized on the famous bench in front of the Taj Mahal.
On the last day of their one-week trip to India and Bhutan, Prince William and his spouse Duchess Catherine, went to the Taj Mahal. 24 years after Princess Diana was photograph on the bench in front of the famous monument World Heritage of UNESCO, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took a pose, smiling, in front of "the crown of the palace," that Prince William has described as "magnificent". Lady Di's photo, taken in February 1992, just months before her separation from Prince Charles, had been around the world and marked the spirits as the princess had the air desperately alone, sitting on what has been dubbed " bench Lady Di ".
