The Belgium Royal Courts: Her Majesty on her duties of Ambassador of Sustainable Development

On April 7th, Queen Matilda participated at the Egmont Palace in Brussels in 2016 Forum for Development Cooperation of the United Nations. This meeting dealt with the theme "Rethinking Development Cooperation for the Sustainable Development Goals". Her Majesty delivered the opening speech. She was speaking as "Defender of Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations," says the Royal House. The young Queen of 43 years together with HRH Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, one of 17 eminent persons appointed in early 2016 year by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon to contribute to the campaign to achieve these SDGs that world leaders have unanimously adopted back in September 25th 2015 in New York.

To ensure charm with its new function of "ODD Ambassador" Mathilde of Belgium had opted for a holding of the Belgian brand Natan consisting of a top neckline mustard yellow and charcoal gray ruched pencil skirt, a Diane von Furstenberg Lython clutch. But the key element of her look was undoubtedly her earrings designed by the Belgian designer jewelry Melissa Kandiyoti, these drives combined and wide golden spiral of rock crystal beads.

La Cour Royale Belge: SM Majeste en ses function de defenseur des ODD

Le 7 Avril, la reine Mathilde a participé au Palais d'Egmont à Bruxelles au Forum de 2016 pour la coopération au développement des Nations Unies. Cette réunion a porté sur le thème «Coopération au développement Repenser les objectifs de développement durable". Sa Majesté a prononcé le discours d'ouverture. Elle parlait comme «défenseur des objectifs de développement durable des Nations Unies», dit la Maison Royale. La jeune reine de 43 ans en collaboration avec SAR la Princesse héritière Victoria de Suède, l'un des 17 personnalités désignées à début 2016 année par le Secrétaire général de l'ONU Ban Ki-Moon à contribuer à la campagne pour atteindre ces ODD que les dirigeants mondiaux ont adopté à l'unanimité avant 25 septembre 2015 à New York.
Pour assurer le charme avec sa nouvelle fonction de "ODD Ambassador" Mathilde de Belgique avait opté pour une tenue de la marque belge Natan composé d'un top décolleté moutarde crayon jaune et charbon ruché gris jupe, un embrayage Diane von Furstenberg Lytton. Mais l'élément clé de son regard était sans aucun doute ses boucles d'oreilles conçues par le designer de bijoux belge Melissa Kandiyoti, ces disques combinés et une large spirale d'or de perles de cristal de roche.

The Norwegian Royal Courts: Tourist on their first day in Italy

While they were on a state visit to Italy, Queen Sonja and King Harald V of Norway are offered a walk among the ancient ruins of the Roman Forum.

Her love for art is quite known to the world. It is therefore not surprising that Queen Sonja had managed to squeeze in a walk among the ruins of the Forum in the program of the state visit she performed alonngside her husband King Harald V in Rome these April 6th and 7th. This walk as much cultural tourism that has found a place in the schedule Thursday. Sonja was wearing the same outfit as the wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Monument to Victor Emmanuel II, which took place earlier. In this case a two-tone black and white set.

In the afternoon, the mother of two had changed, favoring a dress bedecked in shades of red, orange, fuchsia and black for receiving the royal couple hosted the President of the Republic Italy Sergio Mattarella at the Norwegian Embassy. This reception came after the State dinner hosted by Italian President at his Quirinale Palace the night before. For the occasion, the queen of Norway, who wore a purple evening dress bodice in lace and silver shoes, was adorned with a  Queen Maud's Pearl and Diamond Tiara to match her pin. During the day on Wednesday, she had worn a suit in succession the same red as the small tambourine who wore then a perforated white jacket over a bright yellow dress. Outfits ideal for chaining official meetings: welcoming ceremony and meeting with President Mattarella, accompanied by his daughter Laura -who acts as the first lady of the country-; lunch with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi; talks with President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Deputies.
Arrived on Tuesday 5 April in Rome, King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway conduct a state visit of three days in Italy. After two days in Rome, the royal couple went to Milan on Friday April 8th.
