On Monday, January 11th, the King granted an audience with the President of Latvia Raimonds Vejonis at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.
This is President Raimonds Vejonis first trip to Sweden since taking office in July 2015. During the visit, the President will also meet with Prime Minister Stephen Löfven and Foreign Minister, Margot Wallström.

Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden received in audience Japan's her Imperial Highness Princess Ayako of Takamado. Princess Ayako is daughter to Noritho, Prince of Takamado(first cousin of Emperor Akihito) and Hisako, Princess Takamado. She is the youngest of the couple's three daughters. She is a member of the Imperial Household.
