The Qatari and Moroccan Royal Courts: Elegant together of the Music Festical

Three days before her 38th birthday, which was celebrated on Tuesday May 10th, Lalla Salma presided over the opening ceremony of the 22nd World Sacred Music Festival. The wife of King Mohammed VI of Morocco, under who's patronage the festival is placed, was accompanied by Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser al-Missned one of three wives of the Father Emir of Qatar Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani who abdicated in 2013 in favor of their son Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani she is the mother. She is, moreover, Chair of Qatar Foundation which works for education, science and community development of the emirate.

True to their reputation of elegance, Sheikha Mozah wore a matching golden yellow at the waist by a wide belt cobalt blue caftan and turban for this event, shown. A garment according to a blog about her looks would be signed by French designer Jean Paul Gaultier. Lalla Salma had meanwhile opted for a garnet caftan richly embroidered with gold patterns. The wife of the Moroccan king had ascended her long curls into a bun.

Launched in 1994 in the eponymous Moroccan city, the World Sacred Music Festival was designated in 2001 by the UN as one of the key events that have contributed in a remarkable way, the dialogue of civilizations. Its 22nd edition, which runs from 6 to 14 May 2016, is placed under the theme "Women's founders."

The Danish Royal Courts: Crown Prince Couple second and last day in Qatar

The Crown Princely Couple visited Aspire Academy founded in 2004 which is one of the World's leading sports academies for children and teenagers today. Afterwards, they visited Doha Museum of Islamic Arts which opened in 2008 on their first day in Qatar. But on their second day, the couple had seperate engagements with, Crown Princess Mary visiting the Qatar Academy in Doha on March 3, 2016. She met with two different classes and had a good talk with Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Al Missned.


She later met with her husband Crown Prince Frederik to visit Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamin Bin Hamad Al-Thani who seemed very happy to get a visit from the Crown Prince Couple. He was smiling and friendly and asked Crown Prince Frederik how his stay in Doha had been. Crown Prince Frederik said among other things that he and Mary had been busy

The Qatari Royal Courts: Sheikha Moza and her daughter Sheikha Hind at Qatar Foundation sports day

Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson and Co-Founder of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development (QF), participated in QF’s 2016 National Sport Day celebrations at Education City on February 9th. Also present was Sheikha Moza and Sheikh  Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani daughter’s Her Excellency Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani Vice-Chairperson of Qatar Foundation.

The Jordan and Qatari Royal Courts: King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan and Sheikha Mozah of Qatar mobilised for the refugees

We have seen Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan mobilized for months to Syrian refugees, she was in early January, met with several European political leaders including British  Ministers David Cameron and Belgian Prime Charles Michel, and the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Junker and Norway Prime Minister had obviously not failed to attend the donor conference which gathered Thursday in London some 70 heads of state and government to discuss a humanitarian aid for them.

Radiant with her curls falling over her shoulders, Rania had chosen to dress for the occasion in a pink Mae perforated-neoprene skirt by Canadian designer Erdem, made with gray and blue with large tiles and a blouse of the same colour. The young woman of 45 years had accompanied this look gray shoes and a belt and a blue Fendi bag. The Queen of Jordan had not come alone to this meeting in the British capital. Her husband, King Abdullah II who was in the city for a working visit and took the opportunity to visit Prince Charles at Clarence House was also present and spoke at the podium. "We are doing our best (...) but I have to tell you that we reach our limits," he said while his small country has to face the home of no less than 635,000 Syrians.

Among those who also spoke at the conference was Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser al-Missned, very elegant in a long brown Chanel Couture robe marked waist with a thin belt of the same tone as her turban, was on stage, as Chairperson of the Qatar Foundation, as part of a round table. Sheikha Mozah  is one of three wives of the Former Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani who abdicated in 2013 in favor of their son Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani. Her Highness met earlier this week with His Excellency Mr. David Cameron, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, during the reception of the 'Supporting Syria & the Region' conference.
