Queen Rania's visit to the United States

In recent days, Queen Rania was in the United States. The 46-year-old woman accompanied her husband King Abdullah II of Jordan to Washington, where he began an official visit on Monday, January 30th 2017. He is the first Arab leader to meet with the new administration of US President Donald Trump.

 Early in the day, Her Majesty received in audience Turkish Prime Minister’s wife Mrs. Sare Davutoglu at the Royal Palace . During the meeting, Queen Rania and Mrs. Davutoglu discussed a number of matters and areas of mutual interest, including issues of particular importance to Her Majesty, such as education advancement, child rights, and community empowerment in Jordan.

The Jordanian Royal Courts: King Abdullah II meets with U.S President Obama

His Majesty King Abdullah II accompanied by HRH Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah on Wednesday, held a summit meeting with U.S. President, Barack Obama, that dealt with global efforts to fight terrorism and extremism in the Middle East and the world, the latest developments in Syria and efforts to revive peacemaking between the Palestinians and Israelis.

The meeting also discussed ways to cement the strategic relationship between Jordan and the United States.
Late Wednesday His Majesty alone met with leaders of the American Jewish organizations in Washington and discussed means to break the deadlock and resume the Israeli- Palestinian talks based on the two-state solution

The Jordan and Qatari Royal Courts: King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan and Sheikha Mozah of Qatar mobilised for the refugees

We have seen Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan mobilized for months to Syrian refugees, she was in early January, met with several European political leaders including British  Ministers David Cameron and Belgian Prime Charles Michel, and the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Junker and Norway Prime Minister had obviously not failed to attend the donor conference which gathered Thursday in London some 70 heads of state and government to discuss a humanitarian aid for them.

The Jordanian Royal Court: A week in Queen Rania Agenda

Queen Rania visited Sanabel Al-Khair Society for Social Development in Al Hashmi Al Shamali to support its efforts in empowering youth and women in local communities in Amman on February 1, 2016. Queen Rania also held a meeting with the society’s board members, where its President Miassar Saaydeh showcased the activities and services it provides in cooperation with Jordan River Foundation and the UNICEF-funded "Makani" Initiative.
