On the evening of Wednesday 14th, the members of the Luxembourg Ducal family attended a concert in memory of the Late Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte(wife to Grand Duke Jean and mother to Grand-Duke Henri). Members who were presents include: Grand Duke Jean, Grand-Duchess Maria-Theresa, Hereditary Grand-Duke Guillaume and his wife Hereditary Grand-Duke Stephaine, Archduchess Maria-Christine, her husband ArchDuke Carl-Christian and her son ArchDuke Imre with his wife Archduchess Kathleen, Princess Margretha, Prince Jean and Prince Guillaume.

Their Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria-Theresa visited  refugee center in Foyer Marienthal on October 3rd

At the invitation of Mrs. Anne Brasseur, Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess went to the Council of Europe Strasbourg. HRH the Grand Duke delivered a speech before the assembly of the Council of Europe (CE) meeting in plenary session.

On that same day, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Louis and Princess Tessy, accompanied by their sons TRH Prince Gabriel and Prince Noah, attended a private event about aviation, organized by the Luxembourg Circle Gliding from Useldange Airfield.

Since June 2011, HRH Prince Louis assumed the role of patron of the  Luxembourgeoise Aéronautic Federation.

On September 17th 2015 in Vaduz, Liechenstein, on the invitation of His Royal Serene Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein and Hereditary Princess Sophie, HRH Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, King Philipe of Belguim, Germany, Austria and Switzerland's Presidents attended the 12th informal meeting of Heads of State of the German-speaking countries.

During the meeting topics which were brought on the table where digital revolution of the economy and its effects on their countries. As well as the hot topics affecting Europe, the crisis of refugees and migrants.

HRH Grand Duke Henri granted audience to the President of the Eurofi Jacques de Larosière at the Grand-Ducal Palace. 

According to the Grand Duchy Court The Eurofi Association promotes exchanges between key players in banking and financial sectors. Successively head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), governor of the Bank of France, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD); Mr. de Larosière advocates, since the 2008 financial crisis, increased regulation of Finance including the creation of a warning system under the aegis of the European Central Bank.

HRH Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume attended with Him, the Eurofi Financial Forum 2015 entitled "emerging trends in the financial sector", held at Expo Lux-Kirchberg, September 10, 2015.


HRH Grand Duke also granted audience to Dutch Prime Minister His Excellency Mark Rutte as part of his official visit to the Duchy of Luxembourg

His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg over the weekend attended a concert Nassauische Hofmusik interpreted by Weilburg Kantorei and Capella Weilburgensis in the Echternach International Festival, under the patronage of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke which  pay homage to the 125th anniversary Nassau-Weilburg Dynasty.

On Friday September 4, The Grand Duke and Grand Duchess Maria-Teresa received in audience the European Union Foreign Ministers who are in Luxuemborg at the Grand Duchy Palace.

This came as Luxembourg place president of the Councils of the European Union and called for an informal meeting.

Their visit came after the meeting between Defence Minister were in the Duchy
