At the Dordrecht Museum

On Friday, February 17th 2017, Queen Maxima appeared in the Dordrecht Museum in an olive green Natan dress with a golden brooch from Queen Juliana's vault. And this green fits perfectly with those landscapes populated with birds and other animals painting .

The queen who had accessorised with her New gray Fabienne Delvigne hat, gloves and gray Gianvito Rossi pumps, and a green clutch, Ole Lynggaard earrings, had come to the Dordrechts Museum to inaugurate a new exhibition. Entitled "Royal Paradise" , this one is devoted to the work of the animal painter Aert Schouman (1710-1792), born of this city of the south-east of Rotterdam.


Known for his watercolors of birds, mammals and plants, this Dutch artist is also the author of five large wall hangings made in the 18th century at the request of Prince Willem V, the last stadtholder of the United Provinces. Queen Maxima visit the Emma Children's Hospital

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands made a working visit to the Emma Children's Hospital in Amsterdam on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, February 14th 2017,Her Majesty visited the Emma Children's Hospital in Amsterdam visiting the "Emma at Work" foundation.  "It supports the professional experience of young people suffering from a chronic illness or physical disability, for example by providing them with a holiday, part-time or other type of work" , Stressed the Palace. And this from the age of 15 years and allows them to discover their talents and helps them find a training or a job.

During this visit, she took part in a round table. The last leg of their visit honors architecture

Architecture was this Friday at the heart of the program of their last day of visit to Germany.

They had begun their official visit to Germany, on Tuesday February 7th 2017, at the medieval castle of Wartburg in Thuringia .
