The Danish Royal Courts: The State visit continues with State banquets

After welcoming the couple at Copenhagen Airport in the afternoon and a guided tour by Frederik and Mary, to Helsigor north of the capital, Kronborg Castle  Queen Margrethe hosted a state dinner in honor of the President of Mexico Enrique Peña Nieto and his wife actress Angelica Rivera in the evening at Fredensborg Castle.
Crown Princess Mary, wife of Crown Prince Frederik, had opted for her Jesper Høvring long-sleeved gown open in the back and with a ruffled skirt. The dress is from the designer SS13 collection . She added her new tiara again the Diamond, Ruby, and Spinel Necklace Tiara. Meanwhile sister-in-law Princess Marie, the wife of Prince Joachim, was wearing a red lace dress by Rikke Gudnitz with a chignon and her Diamond Floral Tiara. For gala dinners, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark had meanwhile chose a midnight blue dress with bodice decorated with a lattice of white daisy, in a nod to his name. Baden Palmette Tiara and the Collar of the Mexican order, she had associated with a necklace and earrings with diamonds and sapphires from Queen Alexandrine. Also present at this event, his sister Princess Benedikte was pale green in her Floral Tiara.

The Danish Royal Courts: Mexican State visit

Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, in a blue coat azure accompanied by a small matching hat, could count on the presence of her family to welcome her foreign guests. As he announced his retirement earlier this year and  had not seen in an official event, her husband Prince Consort Henrik stood alongside sovereign. Also present were the couple two sons Crown Prince Frederik and Prince Joachim accompanied by their wives Crown Princess Mary and Princess Mary. While the former opted for a Missoni Multicolor Belted Coat(she last wore when on a visit to Saudi Arabia in February 2016) NALEDI COPENHAGEN Clutch and Gianvito Rossi pumps, the second had favored a light gray coat and a navy blue hat, both colors of herLOU & LOWE  dress. Sister to Queen Margrethe, Princess Benedikte was also part in pale pink.
Margrethe and Henrik then received the Mexican presidential couple at Fredensborg Palace. Then Enrique Peña Nieto and Angelica Rivera were guided by Frederik and Mary. Where they discovered in the afternoon, to Helsigor north of the capital, Kronborg Castle, building a World Heritage of Unesco, famous for being part of "Hamlet" by William Shakespeare tragedy. As well as the nearby Maritime Museum Denmark with innovative architecture.

The Danish Royal Courts: Crown Princess Mary attends University

At the end of last month, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark flew to the United States. The future Queen Consort was in Boston attend a course entitled "Global Leadership and Public Policy for the XXI century"at the Harvard University Campus. Revealing this American trip, the Royal House Kongehuset.dk stresses that she followed the course, which took place from March 29th to April 8th, as a "Young Global Leader" (YGL - Young Global Leader) .

The Crown Princess was named "Young Global Leader" in 2012, due to her social work, including the work of her foundation "Mary Fonden". She joins for a six years term an independent non-profit based in Geneva and an influential under 40 people from different backgrounds from 70 different countries at the time of their appointment. This network of Young Global Leaders was created to help solve some of the humanitarian problems of the planet. It is managed by the World Economic Forum, known for its annual meetings in Davos, Switzerland.

Organized in partnership with the Harvard Kennedy School (School of Public Affairs of Harvard University) and the World Economic Forum, training "Global Leadership and Public Policy for the XXI Century" has followed Princess Mary blended theory and practice. There has been talk of the global landscape for the next 20 years. Or international security, economic growth and poverty, sustainable development and public health.

The Danish Royal Courts: Visit to Meteorology Institute

Princess Marie visited the Danish Meteorological Institute on April 1st, where she got an insight into the work of the Institute. in Copenhagen.

Here there was ample opportunity to show the princess how DMI keeps track of the different weather conditions we have in Denmark. Especially when the storm is raging hurricane or show teeth.

The visit took place in the company of DMI's director, Marianne Thyrring and representatives from the Danish Emergency Management Agency, as Princess Marie associated with the corps champion à la suite.

Queen Margrethe shows on the third episode of of Queen's palaces around Fredensborg Castle, which she loves to reside in when DR 1. The queen also displays an exquisite sense of humor and unique storytelling ability which also provides a unique picture of how talented, knowledgeable, outspoken, fun and sweet the Danish queen also

The third program is about Fredensborg Palace that the Queen has loved since she was a child - not least because of the beautiful surroundings and the castle park - with the Queen's expression is a "lively dog ​​and children suited palace". The Danish and Greenlanders Royal Courts: Award from the Ivalo & Minik Foundation

The Crown Prince Couple surprised everyone when their 5 year old twins Josephine and Vincent got Greenlandic names Ivalo for Princess Josephine and Minik for Prince Vincent when they were baptized.

In Josephine's name Ivalo was included, which among other things means little sister, and Vincent's name included Minik, which among other things can mean still, small snow.
When they are in Greenland, they are not called Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine but Princess Ivalo and Prince Minik a name given to a fund that has just awarded three scholarships to study abroad, writes the Greenlandic media Sermitsiaq.

Education abroad
The purpose of Ivalo & Minik Foundation is to award scholarships to Greenlanders who want to take an international higher education or an international educational courses, including an internship in a company or organization.

The three lucky recipients Hans Peder Kirkegaard and Melisa Larsen, who each received a scholarship to study in the US and Majken Djurhuus Poulsen who have received a scholarship to study in London.

The scholarships are funded based on donations from Royal Arctic Line A / S, Royal Greenland A / S, Greenland's Trade and NunaFonden. Foundation, which has worked since 2012 - the year after the twins were born and baptized.

The Danish Royal Courts: Crown Princess Mary opened 'UN Copenhagen World Goals' conference

The Danish Royal Courts: Prince Joachim, Princess Marie and the kids at Legoland

Prince Joachim, Princess Marie accompanied by their children Prince Felix, Prince Henrik and Princess Athena without eldest Prince Nicholas had been looking forward to the opening of Legoland's latest universe Ninjago known in both children and adults.

The familiar characters from the Lego universe now has its own area in the amusement park in Billund and all the royal banquet was fresh to try the rides, which features a climbing wall and a running theme called "The Ride".
