On the eve of the 90th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II, a touching picture of the sovereign and the three generational here  was revealed.
The picture is funny. To reach the height of the head of his great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, seated beside him, Baby George was perched on a pile of foam blocks. The son of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton was born, holding hands with his dad, looks at the photographer's lens with a smile, taking his role very seriously. It is there to represent the third generation of heirs to the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on a picture for a particular use.

The photograph release this Wednesday, April 20th shows alongside Elizabeth II, under the gold of the White Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace, her son Prince Charles, her grand-son Prince William and his little son Prince George respectively occupying the second, third and fourth in succession to the British throne. The picture was taken in the creation of a board of four stamps. Hence the need that Georgie is not too low compared to the three other members of the royal family. Especially since the photo shoot took place in the summer of 2015 while the little prince was barely 2 years.

If this picture of the sovereign and her three heirs has been revealed just 9 months after the being photograph, it is because the so-called philatelic board out on the occasion of her 90th birthday which falls on Thursday, April 21th. Six other stamps Elizabeth at different ages were also issued for the anniversary. Two of them represent the single. Of the other four, she is in the company of her father Prince Albert -who reigned under the name of George VI, her two eldest children Prince Charles and Princess Anne, her husband the Duke of Edinburgh and finally former south African President Nelson Mandela died in 2013.


The English Royal Courts: Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philips at Maudry Thursday

Every year on Holy Thursday, Queen Elizabeth II participated on Maundy Service  in a religious ceremony during which the monarch distributes Maundy money to seniors. The origin of this sovereign's "charity" dates back to the thirteenth century which takes place the day of the Last Supper, the last meal of Christ with his apostles before his crucifixion. Early in her reign, Elizabeth decided that this service would be celebrated only in London but every year in a different place. And for the vintage 2016 which coincides with the anniversary of 90 years, the British monarch chose the St George chapel in Windsor.

For the occasion, Queen Elizabeth II, accompanied by her husband Prince Philip, was displayed in a very spring outfit. She opted for a tweed coat in several shades of blue to turquoise dominant color of her dress and united his hat out of a broadband navy blue lace recalling the braid that ran down his coat.

The Belgian and British Royal Courts: Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip message of solidarity

This Wednesday, March 23, after the attacks, claimed by the Islamic State jihadist terrorist group (EI), who made 31 dead and 260 injured (still provisional balance sheet) at the international airport and the subway in Brussels, Buckingham Palace posted on his Twitter account a message from Queen Elizabeth II of condolences to the Belgian people.

Sovereign states are: "Prince Philip and I are deeply shocked and saddened by the loss of life and injuries after the terrorist attack in Brussels". She continued, "On behalf of the people of the UK, we send you our deepest condolences to the families of those who died, and to all those in Belgium are affected by this terrible series of events." The message is signed Elizabeth R. (R. Regina, Queen in Latin).

The British Royal Courts: When Two Queens meet

It was quite a royal meeting this March 17th at the ZSL London Zoo. The Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland found herself face to face with the Queen of the jungle. Elizabeth II was there to inaugurate the new enclosure of lions of Asia, on behalf of the Zoological Society of London its sponsors since 1952.

The sovereign, who had come with her husband Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, wore a pale blue coat coordinated to a hat with a large feather same tone. The royal couple was obviously not content to see these cats in their new "home." Elizabeth and Philip met with their guards and with the conservation team that watches over the breeding of these animals in captivity in order to safeguard their endangered species in its native environment. It remains in effect as 500 Asiatic lions in their natural habitat, the Gir Forest in western India.

The "Daily Mail" said that this new enclosure of lions in Asia, with an area of ​​2500 m2 -or five times larger qu'auparavant- is now the place to live for three lionesses -Rubi, 6, and Heidi and Indi binoculars, 5 years- who, born at London zoo, were gone on vacation at Whipsnade zoo in Bedfordshire, until the work is completed. They were joined by a male, Bhanu, arrived in February from the Assiniboine Zoo in Winnipeg, Canada. Two other lions from the Sakkarbaug zoo in Gujarat in India, should come and live with them in the near future. With the goal of new births to perpetuate this race which enjoys a European breeding program (EEP)

The CommonWealth Royal Courts: CommonWealth Day celebrations #CommonWealthDay

Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip were accompagnied by their son Prince Andrew and grandchildren Prince William, his wife Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry, for Commonwealth Day Service.

The British royal family was reunited around Her Majesty in her role as Head of the CommonWealth on Monday March 14th at Westminster Abbey to mark Commonwealth Day with a church service organised by the Royal CommonWealth Service which proud together religious faiths followed amongst the nations. In her greeting ceremony, the Queen called the Commonwealth nations to "support those in need" and those who "feel excluded". "Today and in the coming year, this year’s theme is “An Inclusive Commonwealth” to celebrate the diversity of its 2.2 billion citizens. Inclusivity is something the Trust values highly through its avoidable blindness and youth leadership programmes.

Commonwealth Day is a celebration of the Commonwealth of Nations held annually on every second Monday of March each year.  The event is usually attended by the Queen in her role as Head of the Commonwealth.

The Duchess Catherine, chic and sober wearing a new outfits with creations from CommonWealth Nations countries to celebrated the Day. Firstly in a grey coat from Canadian fashion designer Erdem this coat is bespoke version based on the designer's Pre-Fall 2015 Collection featuring an all-over pin-dot pattern with a scalloped lace overlay.  She also debuted a matching grey wide-brim hat from her late mother in law Princess Diana favorite hat milliner John Boyd Milliner, also new to her clutches collection where a grey clutch from Emmy 'Natasha' collection in a 'Vapour' colour, grey suede pumps from Rupert Sanderson 'Winona' collection and completed the outfit with completed the outfit with her diamond and aquamarine drop earrings. The Duchess. arrived surrounded by her husband and his brother Prince Harry. Queen Elizabeth II came with her husband Prince Philip, but also their son Prince Andrew. Prince Charles, who usually attends with his mother Queen as head of the Commonwealth, was meanwhile absent, on a state visit to Croatia.
