Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited this Thursday, October 29th the center "La Braise" in Anderlecht, which fosters family and professional integration of brain injured persons.
"La Braise" celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. Her Majesty was able to meet residents and the management space, which offers long-term support model. The center welcomes and supports adult brain injury due to head trauma (following an accident, a fall, or eg assault) or stroke.
"La Braise" has several structures: a day center that welcomes 36 people; a support service the following forty home adults; a cognitive rehabilitation center which provides intensive support for ten adults; respite service for people with dependency needs and their families.

Her Majesty Queen Margrethe and her daughter in law Crown Princess Mary yesterday October 28th, unveiling the Christmas Seal 2015 the City Hall of Copenhagen, Denmark.
As one of her many hobbies and talents Her Majesty had personally made the designs of this year Christmas Seal which is a specially designed stamp launched each year and sold throughout the Kingdom and in GreenLand as an extra 'seal' in addition to Christmas stamps. HRH Crown Princess is the patron of the Christmas Seal Foundation (Julemærkehjem).
