October is finally here and the Bhutan Royal Court release another calendar blessing us in to a new month. One thing which makes to month more special to all Bhutanese is that celebrate the Royal Wedding Anniversary. 

Her Majesty the Queen presided over the opening of the Training Course 2015/2016,"Javier García Tellez" secondary School on October 1, 2015 in Caceres, Spain.
In her speech according to Casa Del Rey, Her Majesty said that vocational training "is a bet of success" and "an always profitable investment", and that our country has made ​​great efforts to improve and strengthen this teaching, but "we are still far from figures for other European countries where long ago realized that the progress is in the qualification and training in professional skills and techniques of each production sector. "
Also, Letizia stressed the importance of vocational training "to improve productivity, strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve persons exercising their professional work with suitably qualified, with commitment and enthusiasm. And with energy, of course."
