Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka Queen Consort and President of the Supreme Council for Women(SCW) will be attending an awarding ceremony of the Bahraini Female Entrepreneur Honour Seal which will be held on Tuesday March 8th on the occasion of the International Women's day at the Supreme Council for Women (SCW) headquarters.

The SCW launched the second edition of the award on October 13, 2014, at the Bahraini Women Development Centre (Riyadat). 28 female entrepreneurs are participating in the award which 26 projects. The award aims to honour outstanding females entrepreneur, and encourage them in order to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity, as well as to enhance women’s economic empowering so as to achieve the national women's empowerment programme and shed light on Bahrain’s new investment and economic sectors.

Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Queen Consort of Bahrain and Chairperson of the Advisory Council of the National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD) has asserted that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's constant support and patronage of the Bahrain International Gardens Show (BIGS), and the constant support of national and private institutions to NIAD have contributed to the success of BIGS 2016.
