The Norwegian Royal Courts: The Royals at Lillehammer 2016

This Saturday February 13th, the Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit were offered a day of skiing in the fresh air. They were not only accompanied by their children Ingrid Alexandra and Sverre Magnus, but also young refugees who are settled in Norway.

Crown Princess Haakon and his wife Crown Princess Mette-Marit took advantage of their presence in Lillehammer on the occasion of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in 2016 to make this February 13th, with their children Princess Ingrid Alexandra 12, and their son Prince Sverre Magnus 10, on the ski stadium Birkebeineren. They were expecting a group of young refugees from Afghanistan, Syria, Albania and Eritrea. They have benefited from they were discovery of skiing under the guidance of former Olympic stars, Norwegians Bjorn Daehlie and Bente Skar and the Italian Manuela di Centa. was also part of the Culture Minister Linda Hofstad Helleland.Outre cross country skiing, participants were able to try the biathlon by combining this discipline with firing laser gun, and sledding. A snack around a campfire ended the session.

La Cour Royale Norvegienne: SKIE EN FAMILLE AVEC DE JEUNES RÉFUGIÉS

Ce samedi,  le prince heritier Haakon et la princesse heritiere Mette-Marit a offert une journée de ski dans l'air frais. Ils ont non seulement accompagnés de leurs enfants Ingrid Alexandra et Sverre Magnus, mais aussi de jeunes réfugiés.

Le prince heritier Haakon et son épouse la princesse héritière Mette-Marit ont profité de leur présence à Lillehammer à l'occasion des Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse (JOJ) en 2016 pour faire le 13 Février, avec leurs enfants Princesse Ingrid Alexandra 12, et de leur fils, le prince Sverre Magnus 10, sur le stade de ski Birkebeineren. Ils attendaient un groupe de jeunes réfugiés d'Afghanistan, la Syrie, l'Albanie et l'Érythrée. Ils ont bénéficié de qu'ils étaient découverte du ski sous la direction d'anciennes stars olympiques, les Norvégiens Bjorn Daehlie et Bente Skar et l'Italien Manuela di Centa. a également fait partie du domaine skiable ministre de la Culture Linda Hofstad Helleland.Outre de cross-country, les participants ont pu essayer le biathlon en combinant cette discipline avec un pistolet laser de tir, et la luge. Un casse-croûte autour d'un feu de camp a terminé la séance.

The Norwegian Royal Courts: The Royal Family at Lillehammer 2016

The Royal Family of Norway was mobilized on Friday in Lillehammer for the opening of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) 2016. And it's the little Princess Ingrid Alexandra, the daughter of Crown Prince Haakon and Princess Mette-Marit, who lit the Olympic torch.

She is only 12 years yet Ingrid Alexandra stole the show from her grandfather King Harald V of Norway which officially launched this February 12 YOG Lillehammer putting in competition over the next ten days in five disciplines, some 1,100 young athletes from ages 15 to 18. This is indeed the princess, second in the order of succession to the Norwegian crown, which was the last carrier of the Olympic torch and lit the torch monumental -as did her father Prince Haakon exactly 22 years ago, before 13,000 spectators gathered to springboards Lysgårds where was organized the opening ceremony.

Earlier in the day, the girl attended with her parents and younger brother Prince Sverre Magnus, a curling match the first event of the games in the curling hall. The opportunity for Crown Prince Haakon to exercise his talents in the use of stone in the company of the Minister of Culture and the Norwegian Olympic medalists PÃ¥l Trulsen and Thomas Ulsrud had also held a reception in the presence of King Harald V and Queen Sonja.
