The Monegasque Royal Courts: Sailing on the Pangea

The Pangaea, Mike Horn’s icebreaker sailing  left on Sunday the Yacht Club de Monaco for a two-year expedition. But two days before his departure, on Friday, May 6th the famous extreme adventurer-explorer  of Swiss and South African nationality received the visit of Prince Albert II of Monaco, and the youngest son of his sister eldest Princess Caroline of Hanover, Pierre Casiraghi. The latter was accompanied by his beautiful wife, the Italian journalist Beatrice Borromeo. Browsers themselves, Peter and Beatrice visited the boat of 35 meters and listened carefully to the explanations of Mike Horn.

Known to the French public since he coached in 2015 and 2016, for their survival on a desert island, candidates from the reality show "The Island: Alone in the World" broadcast on M6, Mike Horn dropped off for a trip that will take him from one pole to the other. Pole2Pole christened his new expedition is to cross the globe vertically.

"The face weathered adventurer who travels with his boat and 4x4 to the starting point of multiple steps, will then be released in complete autonomy in the most remote regions. The shipment of 27,000 kilometers was especially consist of 7000 km traveled on skis pulled by a veil for four months in Antarctica to reach the South Pole (...) He will end his expedition to Greenland with a step 8500 kilometers others in the North pole region, before returning to Monaco in 2018, "said AFP.

The Monegasque Royal Courts: Loving moment with the Sovereign couple

Prince Albert II of Monaco and his wife Princess Charlene of Monaco handed on Sunday, April 17th the "Cup of HSH the Sovereign Prince" the tennis player Rafael Nadal, winner of the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters 2016.
The princely couple of Monaco had returned to one of their passion. Prince Albert II and his wife Princess Charlene's handed, Sunday, April 17th awarded the trophy to the winner of the tennis tournament in Monte Carlo Rolex Masters 2016, to Rafael Nadal.
She wore a lovely blue and white ensemble

The Spanish won the "Cup of HSH the Sovereign Prince" after winning the final of the tournament against Gael Monfils 7-5, 5-7, 6-0. The Prince and Princess of Monaco attended the final, extremely intense for two sets, since the boxes of the Monte Carlo Country Club in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

This ninth title in the Principality, the 68th of his career in his 100th final, Nadal certainly hoped eagerly. Since Roland Garros 2014, he had not won important tournaments, Grand Slam or Masters 1000. We wondered if he would return one day the king of clay, who had reigned in Monte Carlo from 2005 to 2012.
