On the arm of her husband Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge was The star of the "British Oscars" at the ceremony held at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

The Guild of Health Writers Conference

It's mental health week, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are supporting the occasion. Representing their association "Heads Together", the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were this Monday evening, February 6th they attended the Guild of Health Writers conference in London, devoted to anxiety.

The Guild of Health Writers is an organization that brings together the most eminent health journalist in Britain. Catherine and William presented "Heads Together", a federation of eight charities all working in the field of mental health, which they launched last March with Harry.

The structure is intended to pool efforts to encourage people to talk openly about their problems and seek help. Heads Together will be supported this year by the London Marathon, which will take place on Sunday, April 23rd.

"Heads Together" is part of the Duchess of Cambridge's long work to raise awareness of mental distress. Catherine was already the godmother of one of the eight associations, Place2Be, which accompanies more than 75,000 children victims of psychological problems in school.

Child Mental Health Week

During a visit to Mitchell Brook Primary School in London with her husband Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge made a plea in favour of the "K Factor" (kindness in English), on the occasion of the child mental health week.

This annual event was launched by the association Place2Be, under the patronage of the Duchess This charity works with more than 75,000 children who are victims of psychological problems in school and helps them with any serious problems they may encounter such as harassment in school, domestic violence, loneliness.

This year's theme is "Spread a Little Kindness". "My parents taught me the importance of qualities such as kindness, respect and honesty, and I realize that values ​​like these have been central throughout my life," explained the Duchess who looked elegant in her well know favourite Luisa Spagnoli red suit which we have seen a couple of time. This Sunday, February 5, together with Prince Harry, Kate and William went to a training session to promote the London Marathon. The race will this year support "Heads Together", a collective of associations fighting mental health, whose three crowned heads are at the origin.
