The British Royal Courts: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at Lancaster House

Continue their state visit to the UK for their second day, the President and First Lady of the People Republic of China, today October 21st met up with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to attend the "Creative Collaborations" exhibition. The reunion was to celebrate the cultural ties – both existing and future – between the UK and China.

The couple's outing came the morning after their attended a lavish state banquet where Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge wore a sparkling red Jenny Packham gown with a dazzling tiara.

The English Royal Court: Elegancy attends the state banquet at Buckingham

Tuesday October 20th night marked an exciting royal milestone for Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge as she attended her first ever state banquet and a first big glamorous night out following the end of her maternity leave in all her splendour and elegant which completed with a glittering tiara. She was making her much-anticipated debut at the Buckingham Palace event that was held in honour of the Chinese President Mr Xi Jinping.

The Duchess, who was accompanying her husband Prince William Duke of Cambridge, turned to her favorite designer Jenny Packham to dress her for the formal occasion. She paid tribute to her guests' home country with the color of her bespoke gown - red is not only the colour of China's flag but an important colour in their culture, symbolising good fortune and joy. It is found everywhere during Chinese New Year and other holidays and family gatherings. She adorned with the Papyrus/Lotus Tiara which was a highlight. Her Majesty The Queen is wearing a white tulle banquet dress embroidered with white and silver beads and diamanté sequins by Angela Kelly

Joining the guests of honor at dinner were, naturally, the Queen and Prince Philip and other senior members of the royal family including Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and Princess Anne.















The British and Northern Irish Royal Court: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge mark World Mental Health Day

The Duke of Cambridge Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge marked World Mental Health Day by attending an event hosted by Mind at Harrow College on October 10, 2015 in Harrow, England.
Kate and William met with volunteers of the Mind association, whom themselves are treated for mental health problems. The Cambridges joined the activities of the association, including a Mindkit workshop that educates young people on emotional well-being and teaches them how to handle difficult times. The couple first spoke with a group of young women, managed to overcome mental health problems.
