The Swedish Royal Courts: A break from Maternity leave for Princess Sofia

Guests at the gala dinner of the birthday of the King of Sweden this April 30th, several members of royal and princely families were there from the beginning of the day and attended the Te Deum. Among the ruling families present were thus Queen Margrethe II of Denmark came with her sister, Princess Benedikte, her eldest son Crown Prince Frederik and his wife Crown Princess Mary , the former King of Spain Juan Carlos and former Queen Sofia of Spain, former Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, the sovereign Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Takamado of Japan. The Royal Family of Norway was represented by Princess Martha Louise, daughter of King Harald V and Queen Sonja, and her husband, the writer Ary Behn.

We had a surprise presence from Princess Sofia. Still on maternity leave, the Princess Sofia of Sweden apologized for these two evenings organized for the 70th anniversary of his father King Carl XVI Gustaf. One of her two stepsisters, Princess Madeleine, had similarly relied wore a new Alexander McQueen Open-neck Pleated Coat with a new Appliquéd Dress from Giambattista Valli, black shoes, and her Bottega Veneta clutch. Her hat is from Philip Treacy. Crown Princess Victoria, chose a wore a new white coat from Ida Sjöstedt Couture with a Dolce & Gabbana dress with a new pair of black pumps from Aquatalia and her Nancy Gonzalez clutch.  Victoria's hat comes from the SS16 collection from Philip Treacy. Victoria's earrings are one of her favorite pairs from Kreuger Jewellery. Princess Estelle wore a  Charabia white dress and jacket with a light blue coat. Queen Silvia was in turn matched her pink coat Bean plum accessories.

The Danish Royal Courts: The Princess and the Frog

It was a scene worth a Disney movie the Princess and the Frog But it is in real life that this scene took place. The toad, preserved in a jar, was actually nothing more than a frog. As Prince Charming, Mary had a home, her husband Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, the eldest son of Queen Margrethe II.

Worth 100 000 Danish crowns (about 13,500 euros), this Fellowship, which honors a Danish researcher who has made a special effort to disseminate its research and knowledge with a wider audience, has returned to Barbara Hoff Esbjorn. Head of center for anxiety at the University of Copenhagen, it studied for many years the treatment of anxiety disorders in children.

Created in 2005, the Festival of Research declines in April a multitude of events all over Denmark: conferences, exhibitions, debates, open doors, etc. Various appointment of this national celebration of science for the general public are organized by universities, research institutes, municipalities, libraries, businesses and hospitals involved in research or wanting to highlight an issue of research.
