Fashion week in this Scandinavian country has returned with the Copenhagen Fashion Week. This Tuesday, January 31st 2017, the Crown Princess opened the 2017 Copenhagen Fashion Week in Copenhagen. Like every year at this time, stylish future queen consort did not miss this fashionable events for fashion creators of the Nordic countries.

At 13 am, she arrive at Copenhagen City Hall took part in the lunch followed by a show that officially launched the event. Three hours later she went to the Hotel d'Angleterre where she hands out the Designers Nest Award.

With such a program, the wife of Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark was elegant as ever. The young woman, who will celebrate her 45th birthday this Sunday, wore a new OLE YDE Copenhagen Jonni Coat, cigarette pants, and a white jumper. The Australian-born Crown Princess attended a special occasion on January 27th the Women's Board Awards 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She gave a speech and presented the award at the Women's Board Award arrangement with the company AIG in Frederiksberg. Mary was also even introduced as a royal role model and the Crown Princess lived really up to the fine words, although she seemed a little confused about the title. The awards was given to TDC's executive director Pernille Erenbjerg.

The Heart's and its wellness on the agenda for Crown Princess Mary

On Tuesday January 17th, 2017, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark was on her way to the Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, and had an appointment with doctors to present an innovative research project. The two-year program consists of offering parents of children born in Copenhagen take an ultrasound of their heart. Amongst the requirements were:  the ultrasounds must be performed within the first 14 days of the life of these infants.

Named "Copenhagen Baby Heart," the goal of this program, which aims to screen about 30,000 newborns, is to gain a better understanding of the number of children who come into the world with heart problems. "It allows us to study the benefits of a complete cardiac analysis right after birth to detect and eventually treat congenital heart defects," says the Palais.

To the experts' explanations, the future Queen Consorts, who wore a pair of black trousers on a pearl-black gray coat, was able to add the practice. On the occasion of this visit, the young mom of 4 attended the ultrasound of a baby, well mounted on a cushion placed on the legs of his mother.

After visiting children, their parents and knowing more about how to detect and provide treatments about heart disease, there was also talk at the Hotel d'Angleterre in Copenhagen, where the research fellowships awarded by "Hjerteforeningens" (the Heart Association) and Bornehjertefondens (the Foundation Heart of child) of which Mary of Denmark is the mtron. Before and after this ceremony, the Princess, herself a mother of four children, did not fail to meet young boys and girls suffering from congenital heart defects and their families.

For Crown Princess Mary, Tuesday January 10th 2017 will remain a very special day to remember as she receive the Berlingske Foundation Prize. It happened at a prestigious event in Pilestræde in centre Copenhagen.

Crown Princess Mary has tried a little of everything in her engagement in recent years, but it was obvious that it was something totally special for her to receive the Berlingske Foundation Award.

Crown Princess Mary put in his acceptance speech not hide the fact that she was touched by the award.

She explained that it meant a lot for her to receive the award, in recognition of her efforts in the Danish community service in her capacity as both patron and initiator of many projects to help the disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in society.

Most especially her work at her Mary Foundation framework, which focuses on supporting the fight against bullying of children, has been noticed.

The Danish Royal Courts: Fashion consciousness at Amalienbourg Palace

This May 12th at 9:45 am(Danish time), Crown Princess Mary of Denmark gave the opening speech of the "Copenhagen Fashion Summit." Standing in the Danish capital as the name suggests, this international conference is the largest global event on sustainability in fashion. It brings together 1,200 people in the Koncerthuset, the symphony hall built from 2003 to 2009 by the French architect Jean Nouvel. Learn together international key players in the fashion industry, experts of the issue and opinion makers, but also politicians and NGO representatives and media. She looked elegant in a H&M Lace Skirt from their Conscious Exclusive Collection, accessorized with PRADA Nude Pointed Toe Pump, her usual NALEDI Copenhagen Allana Clutch

But the future Danish Queen Consort did not wait for Thursday to discuss sustainable fashion. Wednesday May 11th in the evening, she gave a dinner in preparation for the event with accompanied by her husband Crown Prince Frederik at the Amalienborg Palace. For the occasion, the young woman of 44, her hair tied in a bun, had chosen to wear a black dress shimmering sleeveless asymmetric skirt accessorized with lemon yellow shoes. This dress was signed H & M Conscious Collection, the eco-friendly line of the famous Swedish brand. A choice of course dictated by the theme of the evening.

Passionate about fashion, always very elegant Crown Princess Mary who patronages including "Designers' Nest" professional and international platform for young graduates Nordic designers.

On May 10, 2016, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark attended the official opening of the European Conference IDAHO Forum at Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen. (This year the Government of Denmark is hosting the 4th European conference IDAHO Forum marking the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia)

On May 04th she held a meeting for Mary Foden(Mary Foundation's presidium 2016 (Mary Fondens præsidiemøde 2016)  at the Frederik VIII room at Amalienborg Palace, in Copenhagen. She arrived in her orange Hugo Boss Denna Strech Dress and spoke about the foundation future plans in her section of the report and thanked the presidium for their support of the foundation's work.

The Danish Royal Courts: The Princess and the Frog

It was a scene worth a Disney movie the Princess and the Frog But it is in real life that this scene took place. The toad, preserved in a jar, was actually nothing more than a frog. As Prince Charming, Mary had a home, her husband Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, the eldest son of Queen Margrethe II.


Dressed in a blouse and a white DAY Birger et Mikkelsen Skirt highlighted a reptile belt and protected from the cold outside with a GANNI Poncho, PRADA Pointed Toe Pumps, Crown Princess Mary was just this Monday, April 25th visiting the national museum of natural History in Copenhagen to launch the Festival of research 2016 as one of its patron. She, on this occasion, presented the Communication Research Award 2016. Worth 100 000 Danish crowns (about 13,500 euros), this Fellowship, which honors a Danish researcher who has made a special effort to disseminate its research and knowledge with a wider audience, has returned to Barbara Hoff Esbjorn. Head of center for anxiety at the University of Copenhagen, it studied for many years the treatment of anxiety disorders in children.

Created in 2005, the Festival of Research declines in April a multitude of events all over Denmark: conferences, exhibitions, debates, open doors, etc. Various appointment of this national celebration of science for the general public are organized by universities, research institutes, municipalities, libraries, businesses and hospitals involved in research or wanting to highlight an issue of research.
