The Swedish Royal Courts: Prince Carl at a a Gastronomic Forum

While both Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Sofia were commemorating Holocaust Day on January 27, Prince Carl ensured a very different commitment. Prince Carl Philip had expected an annual gastronomic forum in Nyköping, a town situated to the southwest of the Swedish capital, Stockholm. This year's theme was Sustainable matföretagande - who should cultivate the ground, refine the recipe and cook the food.
