The Royal Court of Luxembourg: HRH Grand Duke addresses the assembly of the Council of Europe

At the invitation of Mrs. Anne Brasseur, Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess went to the Council of Europe Strasbourg. HRH the Grand Duke delivered a speech before the assembly of the Council of Europe (CE) meeting in plenary session.
