As every year, the King Felipe VI of Spain and his wife Queen Letizia attended with the family, the Easter Mass on Sunday March 27th, during their holidays in Marivent Palace in Mallorca.
The royal couple was accompanied by their two daughters Crown Princess Leonor, Princess of Asturias and Infanta Sofia, but also former Queen Sofia - without her husband's former King Juan Carlos. The ceremony took place in the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca. Expected before the building by more than 500 people, the royal family was applauded and cheered with cries of "¡Viva el Rey!". Unlike the British royal family, where sophistication is required, the Spanish royal family has relied - as every year - on simplicity.
While the King Felipe VI wore an blue elegant suit with a blue very royal, his wife Queen Letizia opted for a  'Pootsie' trousers from French high-street label, Sandro, new v-neck HUGO BOSS Stripe Wool Sweater, pink strawberry open front coat made of wool by Carolina Herrera which she premiered last month at ARCO, along with the Adolfo Dominguez pink fold-over clutch. She paired them with blue suede Uterque pumps with gold block heel and gold filigree hoop earrings. His stepmother Queen Sofia, for its part, has bet for a spring style with a mantle with floral motifs. 10 year old Crown Princess Leonor wore a pink tweed jacket suit from Galician designer Pili Carrera and costs 84.21 euros, shirt from Nanos and is priced at 69.90 € and the Infanta Sofia wore bluish gray   jeans with pink stitching  of the firm Nanos (69.90 €), selling the same who wore flat shoes, which cost € 69.90 also .
